About

Helen-Grace is deeply committed to providing an open and comforting environment for therapy, understanding firsthand how daunting and isolating life's challenges can feel. With a heartfelt approach, she cherishes the opportunity to journey alongside those seeking a brighter path, assisting them to navigate overwhelming and seemingly unmanageable situations. Her dedication shines brightest when aiding individuals, couples, and families eager for change, even when they're uncertain of the first step.

In her professional experience, Helen-Grace has extended her expertise to teenagers, young adults, couples, and families. She has rendered her services in private practice and played a pivotal role as a Family Program Counselor at MARR (Metro Atlanta Recovery Residences). There, she deftly led group sessions, facilitated family interactions, and assisted many in understanding intricate relationship dynamics, including setting boundaries, recognizing codependency, and mastering the art of "detaching with love."

Educationally, Helen-Grace holds an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University. Her diverse certifications and training—ranging from Telehealth to RODBT and Polyvagal Theory—attest to her dedication to evolving within her field. Before her venture into counseling, she pursued a BA in History from the College of Charleston, South Carolina.

Beyond her professional realm, Helen-Grace finds joy in simple pleasures. Whether it's sharing a laugh with her husband and friends, indulging in a board game, or delving into a gripping mystery-thriller, she relishes every moment. A fervent traveler and ever-curious explorer, she's always eager to discover new places and welcomes travel suggestions.
