Kris is a dedicated therapist with an MS from Brenau University. He is passionate about working with individuals and couples and specializes in guiding clients through depression, anger issues, and marital concerns.

Kris Stewart started a second career in counseling after coaching and teaching at the collegiate and high school levels for over 28 years. As a college women’s basketball head coach, Kris’s ability to build rapport and strong relationships has manifested into a commitment to helping others navigate difficult and challenging times. He is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and brings an empathetic and practical approach to working with older adolescents, individuals, and couples.
Educationally, Kris has a master’s degree in psychology from Brenau University and a master’s degree in education from the University of Missouri. In his spare time, he is an avid reader, moviegoer, and “foodie” who is also passionate about all of the Atlanta sports teams. He also enjoys spending quality time with his two daughters.
