Starting college is a major life transition—filled with new experiences, independence, and challenges. This virtual group is designed specifically for first-year college women to support mental health during this exciting but sometimes overwhelming time. Participants will connect with others who are navigating similar experiences, building a sense of community and shared understanding. The group will offer tools and guidance to help students stay grounded, supported, and mentally strong throughout their transition to college life. Group topics include: Coping with Change & Homesickness, Building Healthy Relationships & Boundaries, Managing Stress, & Anxiety & Academic Pressure
This group is open to any incoming female college freshman and is facilitated by Mary Caldwell, MA, LPC, NCC.
