With a comprehensive background in both mental and physical health, Mary is dedicated to promoting the critical connection between a healthy mind and body. She provides expert counseling services to adults, couples, and families, addressing a broad range of issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life management, transitional challenges, marital and relationship stress, and parenting concerns.

As a Gottman-trained clinician, Mary excels in guiding couples through difficulties and transitions, with a focus on enhancing communication, intimacy, and friendship. Additionally, as a SYMBIS-certified counselor, she specializes in premarital counseling, helping couples establish a solid foundation for their future together.

Mary possesses extensive experience in parent counseling and collaborates closely with other clinicians to foster progress and systemic balance. With a strong foundation in neurological and behavioral disorders, she assists parents in navigating the complexities of parenthood, helping families set appropriate goals and boundaries. Understanding the emotional intricacies of divorce, Mary offers compassionate support to clients and their families during this challenging time, facilitating emotional healing.

Mary graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Health Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of North Florida, where she was recognized as a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She furthered her education at Liberty University, graduating with high distinction with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and was inducted into the Chi Sigma Iota International Academic and Professional Honor Society. As a National Certified Counselor, Mary is also an active member of the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia and the American Counseling Association.
